The Comet EV’s full price list has finally been made public by MG Motor India. It comes in three different versions and costs between Rs 7.98 lakh and Rs 9.98 lakh (ex-showroom). This makes it India’s most cheap electric car.

- The base model of the MG Comet EV, the Pace, is around Rs 71,000 cheaper than the base model of the Tata Tiago EV. This makes it the most cheapest electric car in the country.
- The Comet EV is about Rs. 3.52 lakh cheaper than the Citroen eC3. In fact, the French product is the most expensive.
- The price of the 19.2kWh XT version of the Tata Tiago is the same as the mid-level Play version of the Comet.
- Taking into account the most expensive models, the MG Comet EV is Rs 2.3 lakh cheaper than the Citreon eC3 and Rs 1.56 lakh cheaper than the Tiago EV.
