MG Motor India has given a sneak peek of the upcoming Gloster Black Storm Edition, a refreshed version of its full-size SUV. Although an official launch date has not been announced, we can expect the prices to be revealed in the coming weeks.
From the teaser, it appears that the new Gloster Black Storm Edition will showcase a sleek Metal Black exterior paint, complemented by Black Storm badges on the front fenders. While details about the interior are still unknown, there is a possibility of an all-black theme with matching upholstery.
In terms of specifications, MG is unlikely to make any changes. Therefore, it is safe to assume that the 2023 MG Gloster Black Storm Edition will continue to be powered by the same 2.0-litre diesel engine found in the turbo and twin-turbo variants. The SUV will be equipped with an eight-speed automatic gearbox as the sole transmission option. The engine has been recently updated to comply with the BS6 Phase 2 emission norms.
