TVS Launches Updated Apache RR310 at ₹2.75 Lakh with Enhanced Features and Performance

TVS has introduced a refreshed version of its flagship model, the fully-faired Apache RR310, now starting at ₹2.75 lakh. This marks a ₹3,000 price increase over the previous model. The new variant lineup, however, is more intricate, with the top-spec model exceeding ₹3.25 lakh. The price hike is justified by several feature additions and performance enhancements, many borrowed from the naked Apache RTR 310.

Across all variants of the updated RR310, the engine receives a power boost, now delivering 38hp at 9,800rpm and 29Nm of torque at 7,900rpm—an improvement from the earlier 34hp and 27.3Nm. These gains are attributed to several upgrades, including a 13% larger airbox, a higher compression ratio, a 10% lighter forged piston, and a larger throttle body, many of which are shared with the Apache RTR 310.

The RR310 also inherits some features from its RTR sibling, such as cruise control and a bi-directional quickshifter. However, the base variant, available only in red and priced at ₹2.75 lakh, lacks the quickshifter.

One of the standout features is TVS’ new Race Tuned Dynamic Stability Control (RT-DSC), which offers advanced electronic rider aids like cornering ABS, traction control, wheelie control, and cornering cruise control, all powered by a new IMU (Inertial Measurement Unit). To access the RT-DSC system, buyers must opt for the Dynamic Pro kit, available through TVS’ Built To Order program for an additional ₹16,000.

Another optional upgrade is the Dynamic kit, priced at ₹18,000, which includes fully adjustable KYB suspension (front and rear), a tyre pressure monitoring system, and a brass-coated chain.

Visually, the updated RR310 features aerodynamic winglets on the side fairings, said to generate up to 3kg of downforce. It also sports a stylish transparent clutch cover. A new Bomber Grey color scheme is available for ₹2.97 lakh, making it ₹5,000 more expensive than the quickshifter-equipped red variant priced at ₹2.92 lakh.
