Kia has officially launched the Syros, its latest compact SUV, in India. The base HTK petrol-manual variant is priced at ₹9 lakh (ex-showroom), while the top-end HTX+ diesel-automatic with ADAS goes up to ₹17.80 lakh. Pre-bookings began on January 3 with a token amount of ₹25,000, and deliveries are set to commence by mid-February.

The ADAS package is available as an optional extra on the HTX+ trim for an additional ₹80,000. In terms of pricing, the Syros slots between the Sonet and Seltos, with the Sonet starting at ₹8 lakh and the Seltos at ₹11.13 lakh.
Bold Design with Premium Touches
Inspired by Kia’s global SUV lineup, the Syros features an upright stance, a high-riding body, and a distinct LED headlight design that extends into the fenders. The SUV gets prominent black cladding across the lower portion and striking 17-inch tri-petal alloy wheels on higher trims.
From the side, the Syros gets body-colored B-pillars, while the A-, C-, and D-pillars are finished in black for a floating roof effect. The flush-fitting door handles and a unique rear-end design with L-shaped tail lamps further enhance its styling. The chunky rear bumper houses vertical stop lamps and turn indicators.
