Mahindra has announced the pricing for the top-spec BE 6 Pack Three at ₹26.90 lakh (ex-showroom), following the November 2024 launch where only the base price of ₹18.90 lakh was revealed. Unlike the introductory pricing of the entry-level variant, the price for this top variant is final. Bookings for the BE 6 Pack Three will open on February 14, 2025, while the remaining variants will be available for booking in March, with deliveries expected to begin the same month.
Variants and Colors
The BE 6 lineup includes three variants: Pack One, Pack Two, and Pack Three. Pricing for the mid-spec Pack Two is yet to be disclosed. Buyers can choose from eight color options: Everest White, Firestorm Orange, Stealth Black, Tango Red, Deep Forest, Desert Myst, Desert Myst Satin, and Everest White Satin.
Powertrain, Range, and Charging
The BE 6 offers two battery configurations: a 59kWh pack for the entry-level variant and a larger 79kWh pack for the higher trims. These batteries provide an ARAI-certified range of 556km and 682km, respectively.
- Performance:
- The 59kWh variant is powered by a 231hp motor, while the 79kWh version delivers 281hp. Both configurations produce 380Nm of torque.
- The Pack One variant features rear-wheel drive (RWD), while the higher trims offer all-wheel drive (AWD). Acceleration from 0-100kph takes just 6.7 seconds with the larger battery.
- Charging Options:
- Customers can choose between an 11.2kW AC charger (fully charges the 79kWh battery in 8 hours) or a 7.3kW AC charger (completes charging in 11.7 hours). The 59kWh battery charges in 6 hours and 8.7 hours, respectively.
- For rapid charging, the battery supports a 175kW DC fast charger, achieving 20-80% charge in just 20 minutes. Mahindra offers a lifetime warranty on the battery for the first owner.
Interior and Features
The BE 6’s cabin is designed to create a driver-focused experience with a cockpit-inspired layout. Highlights include dual 12.3-inch floating screens powered by Mahindra’s Artificial Intelligence Architecture (MAIA) for instrument and entertainment controls.
