Ducati has rolled out the 2025 Multistrada V4 and V4 S in India, priced at ₹22.98 lakh and ₹28.64 lakh (ex-showroom) respectively. The latest iteration of Ducati’s flagship adventure tourer arrives with subtle design updates, a host of advanced electronic upgrades, and improved efficiency.
Key Updates for 2025
-
Ducati Vehicle Observer (DVO): Enhances the accuracy of ABS, traction control, and wheelie control by processing data from 70 sensors.
-
Forward Collision Warning (V4 S only): Works with the radar system to alert riders of potential hazards ahead.
-
New Wet Riding Mode: Adds confidence in low-grip conditions.
-
Recalibrated Enduro Mode: Optimized for better off-road control.
Engine and Efficiency
Both versions continue to draw power from the 1,158cc Granturismo V4, delivering 170hp at 10,750rpm and 124Nm at 9,000rpm. A major mechanical update is the extended cylinder deactivation system, which not only cuts off the rear cylinders at idle but also at low speeds. Ducati claims this results in up to 6% better fuel efficiency and lower emissions. The engine is also compliant with E20 fuel regulations, making it future-ready.
Electronics & Rider Aids
The new Multistrada V4 takes its electronic suite a step further:
-
Radar Tech on V4 S: Now adds Forward Collision Warning (FCW) alongside Adaptive Cruise Control (ACC) and Blind Spot Detection (BSD).
-
Suspension:
-
Base V4 – fully adjustable Marzocchi setup.
-
V4 S – updated semi-active system with self-leveling, bump detection, and an Automatic Lowering Device that drops the bike by up to 30mm at speeds below 10kph for easier handling.
-
-
Riding Modes: Five in total, including the new Wet mode.
-
Other Features: Bi-directional quickshifter, three-stage Engine Brake Control (EBC), cruise control, and Vehicle Hold Control (VHC).

The 2025 lineup comes at a premium over the outgoing models:
-
Multistrada V4: ₹22.98 lakh (₹1.50 lakh hike).
-
Multistrada V4 S: ₹28.64 lakh (₹1.91 lakh hike).
