Maruti Suzuki has expanded its Tour portfolio for commercial applications by introducing the Tour H1 hatchback, shortly after the launch of its 5-door lifestyle off-roader Jimny. The Tour H1 is based on the Alto K10 and offers both petrol-only and petrol+CNG bi-fuel options. Prices for the range start at Rs. 4,80,500 for the Tour H1 1L 5MT variant and Rs. 5,70,500 for the Tour H1 CNG 1L 5MT variant (both prices ex-showroom).
The Tour H1 is available in three color choices: Metallic Silky Silver, Metallic Granite Grey, and Arctic White. It is essentially a rebranded Alto K10 tailored for commercial use, with a price that is Rs. 80,500 higher than the base Std trim of the Alto K10, which costs Rs. 3.99 lakh (both prices ex-showroom). The CNG variant of the Tour H1 is priced at Rs. 91,000, similar to the pricing of the Alto K10 CNG variants.

Maruti Suzuki claims that the Tour H1 is India’s most fuel-efficient entry-level commercial hatchback. The 1.0L K10C petrol engine in the Tour H1 offers a fuel efficiency of 24.60 km/l, while the CNG variant promises a fuel efficiency of 34.46 km/kg. However, similar to the base Std variant of the Alto K10, the Tour H1 does not come with painted front and rear bumpers.
Under the hood, the Tour H1 is equipped with the same 1.0L 3-cylinder Dual Jet, Dual VVT engine as the Alto K10. This powertrain generates approximately 65 bhp of power and 89 Nm of torque with petrol and around 55 bhp of power and 82.1 Nm of torque with CNG.

These include dual airbags, front seat belts with load limiters and pre-tensioner functionality, seat belt warning and reminders for both front and rear occupants, ABS, EBD, engine immobilizer, reverse parking sensors, and a speed governor that limits the top speed to 80 km/h.
