KTM has refreshed the RC 200 with a significant tech upgrade—a new TFT instrument cluster, previously seen on the 250 Duke and 390 Duke. This enhancement is accompanied by a noticeable price hike, taking the ex-showroom cost to ₹2.54 lakh.
What’s New on the 2025 KTM RC 200?
-
TFT Dashboard: The standout update is the addition of the full-colour TFT dash, offering improved readability and a more premium interface.
-
Updated Switchgear: The bike also receives backlit switchgear similar to the 390 Duke, although it lacks cruise control.
-
New Colour Option: KTM has introduced a new matte grey paint scheme, expanding the colour range to three—blue, black, and now grey.
Performance and Specs
The RC 200 continues to be powered by a 199.5cc, single-cylinder, liquid-cooled engine producing 25hp and 19.2Nm of torque, mated to a 6-speed gearbox. While the engine remains unchanged, the added tech aims to justify the recent pricing revision.
Price Hike Breakdown
Since March 2025, the RC 200’s price has gone up by ₹33,000, with the latest ₹12,000 increase rolled out just last week. This places it significantly above rivals like the Yamaha R15M—which also sports a TFT display—but is priced ₹53,000 lower.
