BMW India has introduced a new high-spec variant of the iX, the xDrive50, expanding its lineup with enhanced features and capabilities. Priced at Rs 1.40 crore, ex-showroom, India, this range-topping model offers notable upgrades over the iX xDrive40, elevating the driving experience and performance for discerning customers.

The BMW iX xDrive50 is equipped with a larger 111.5kWh battery pack, boasting a WLTP-certified range of 635km, surpassing its predecessor, the iX xDrive40, which features a 76.6kWh battery with 425km range. With two electric motors delivering a combined output of 523hp and 765Nm of torque, the iX xDrive50 accelerates from 0 to 100kph in just 4.6 seconds, showcasing its formidable power and agility.
Charging Capabilities
BMW ensures convenient charging options for the iX xDrive50, with the battery capable of reaching 10-80 percent charge in approximately 35 minutes using a 195kW DC charger. Alternative charging times include 97 minutes with a 50kW DC charger, about 5.5 hours with a 22kW AC charger, and approximately 11 hours with an 11kW AC charger, catering to various charging preferences and needs.
