KTM 250 Duke with TFT display Launched at Rs 2.41 lakh

KTM has launched the updated 250 Duke in India, now priced at Rs 2.41 lakh (ex-showroom). This latest version comes with several key upgrades, most notably the addition of a color TFT display, which was previously exclusive to the 390 Duke. The high-resolution display features modern graphics and full Bluetooth connectivity, enhancing the bike’s tech appeal. Previously, the 250 Duke came with a black-and-white LCD display, which left it feeling slightly outdated compared to its siblings.

In addition to the new TFT screen, KTM has also equipped the 250 Duke with updated switchgear, similar to the 390 Duke, including a four-way menu switch to control the display. The bike retains its rider assistance features, such as switchable ABS and a bi-directional quickshifter, both of which come as standard.

On the design front, the 250 Duke has received subtle visual tweaks, with the DRL-equipped headlamp surround now borrowed from the 390 Duke. However, it continues to feature its own unique, sleeker side panels around the fuel tank, while the larger body panels are reserved for the 390.

Mechanically, the 250 Duke remains unchanged. It still runs on the same 250cc, liquid-cooled, single-cylinder engine that produces 31 hp and 25 Nm of torque. The bike is built on KTM’s new-generation trellis frame with a cast aluminium subframe, which debuted on the latest 390 Duke. It weighs in at 163 kg and comes with a generous 15-litre fuel tank.

Despite these updates, the price increase is minimal, making the 250 Duke an even more attractive option in its segment.
