2023 Tata Harrier & Safari Facelift Revealed, Bookings Open

Tata Motors has just revealed the new 2023 versions of the Harrier and Safari SUVs, and you can now book them by paying a small deposit of Rs 25,000. These SUVs have gotten some cool updates, so let’s take a look at what’s new:

Cool New Looks

Both the 2023 Harrier and Safari have had a makeover. They look kind of similar now. They have a fresh front grille, fancy LED lights, and a cool LED strip on the front. At the back, they have snazzy LED tail lights with a neat animation. The Harrier even has a special Z-shaped light pattern. They also have tougher bumpers and bigger skid plates. On the sides, the Harrier gets cool 18-inch black wheels, while the Safari has impressive 19-inch wheels.

Fresh Interiors

Inside the cars, things have changed too. The dashboards have a modern design. The Harrier even offers different-colored interiors to match the outside color of your car. There’s a new steering wheel with a lit-up Tata logo, a big 12.3-inch touchscreen, a 10.25-inch digital display for the driver, and cool ambient lighting on the dashboard. They’ve also simplified the climate control buttons and added a new dial for different driving modes. You can pick different interior colors based on the car’s model and color.

New Models

Tata has given new names to the Harrier and Safari models. They’re now called Smart, Pure, Fearless, and Adventure for the Harrier and Smart, Pure, Adventure, and Accomplished for the Safari. They also have dark edition models with unique exterior colors.

Same Engine

The engine under the hood is the same for both cars. It’s a 2.0-liter diesel engine that makes 170 horsepower and 350 Nm of torque. You can get it with either a manual or automatic gearbox. The automatic version comes with paddle shifters and an electronic parking brake. There’s talk of Tata introducing a 1.5-liter turbo-petrol engine later on.

Fancy Features & Safety

Both cars now have dual-zone climate control and a fancy tailgate that you can open with just a hand gesture. Other cool features include wireless phone charging, comfy and ventilated front seats (with ventilated back seats in the 6-seater Safari), cruise control, and a big sunroof. They’re also super safe with up to seven airbags, ABS, electronic stability control, and more. The new thing is adaptive cruise control.

Price & Competition

Tata plans to launch the updated Harrier and Safari in November. The starting price for the 2023 Harrier is expected to be around Rs 15 lakh, and for the Safari, it’s about Rs 16 lakh. They’ll compete with cars like the Mahindra XUV700, MG Hector, and Jeep Compass.

So, Tata’s new 2023 Harrier and Safari are coming soon with their cool new looks, awesome features, and competitive prices. Keep an eye out for more news as we get closer to the launch date!
