Hyundai Venue Introduces Sunroof-Equipped E+ Trim Starting at Rs 8.23 Lakh

Hyundai has expanded its Venue compact SUV lineup with a new trim, the E+, priced at Rs 8.23 lakh. This latest addition makes the sunroof more accessible, offering it at the lowest price point yet in the Venue range. The E+ trim is positioned above the base E trim, which is priced at Rs 7.64 lakh (ex-showroom).

The launch of the E+ trim follows the recent introduction of the Venue S+ trim, which similarly made the sunroof more affordable than the previous S(O) variant. This adjustment brings down the cost of a sunroof-equipped Venue by Rs 1.12 lakh.

While the E+ trim retains the sunroof as its key feature, it lacks additional upgrades from the base E trim, such as a touchscreen infotainment system, LED headlamps, and automatic climate control. Although some of these features can be added through aftermarket accessories, installing a sunroof is not easily done after purchase, making the E+ trim an attractive option for buyers who value this feature.

Standard features on the Venue E+ include a semi-digital instrument cluster, front power windows, manual AC, adjustable headrests for both front and rear seats, and a 60:40 split rear seat configuration. In terms of safety, the E+ trim is equipped with six airbags, 3-point seatbelts for all seats, ESC, hill-start assist, and ABS with EBD.

The Venue E+ is powered by an 83hp, 114Nm 1.2-litre, four-cylinder petrol engine paired with a 5-speed manual gearbox. Hyundai also recently introduced a more affordable variant of the Exter, which includes a sunroof as well.
