The Punch B-SUV has been made by Tata Motors for more than 2 million times. The model was released in the country in October 2021. It competes with cars like the Citroen C3.
The Tata Punch was recently improved to meet the RDE and BS6 Phase 2 emission standards. The same 1.2-liter NA Revotron gasoline engine that makes 82bhp and 112Nm of torque is still used to power the model. When paired with a five-speed manual or an AMT unit, the Punch is now said to get 20.09kmpl and 18.80kmpl, respectively, in fuel economy.
The costs of some versions of the Tata Punch went up by up to Rs. 5,000 at the beginning of this month. At the same time, the Kaziranga Edition versions of the home-grown name were taken off the market. The Hyundai Exter will soon be a new car that competes with the Punch.
