Royal Enfield has officially kicked off the registration process for the 2025 edition of its popular Continental GT Cup. Now in its fifth year, the championship continues its mission to make track racing more accessible for riders across India—this time with a broader reach and more opportunities than ever before.
Expanded Nationwide Selection
For 2025, Royal Enfield has doubled the number of selection cities—from four to eight—taking the search for racing talent to Guwahati, Noida, Ahmedabad, Mumbai, Pune, Hyderabad, Bengaluru, and Chennai. Each zonal round will include two full days of on-track activity. Day 1 will focus on training led by experienced coaches from the Royal Enfield Track School, while Day 2 will feature timed sessions to shortlist riders based on performance.
Two Categories, One Passion
This year’s championship will continue with its Pro-Am structure, allowing both experienced and first-time racers to compete side-by-side. Riders can choose to register under either the Professional or Amateur category depending on their skill level. Additionally, the Twin Power Trophy makes a return—pairing each pro with an amateur, fostering mentorship and team synergy throughout the season.
Selection Process and Final Grid
From the zonal trials, Royal Enfield will select 64 amateur riders and 50 professionals to advance to the national selection round, scheduled for July 3–6, 2025, at the Kari Motor Speedway in Coimbatore. From there, the top 24 riders from each category will qualify for the final race grid.
All selected racers will compete on race-prepped Royal Enfield Continental GT 650 motorcycles, built to identical specifications to level the playing field and spotlight rider skill.
Racing Calendar and Championship Format
The 2025 Continental GT Cup will once again run alongside the JK Tyre National Racing Championship, with the main races slated to take place between August and November 2025.
