Hyundai Motor India has officially launched the new-generation Hyundai Venue at a starting price of ₹7.90 lakh (ex-showroom, introductory). The refreshed compact SUV brings an all-new design, a significantly upgraded cabin, and additional features while retaining the same powertrain lineup as before. With this update, the Venue continues to rival strong contenders like the Kia Sonet, Tata Nexon, Maruti Suzuki Brezza, Mahindra XUV 3XO, and others in the crowded compact SUV space.
A More Distinctive and Mature Design
The 2025 Venue adopts a bolder, boxier silhouette compared to its predecessor. It now measures 48mm taller, 30mm wider, and sports a 20mm longer wheelbase, lending it a more upright stance. Key styling highlights include:
- Full-width LED light bars at the front and rear
- New dark chrome-finished grille
- Squared-off wheel arches with cladding
- Chunky skid plates and muscular fenders
- Fresh 16-inch alloy wheels
The Venue is offered in eight exterior colours, including dual-tone options such as Atlas White with Abyss Black roof and Hazel Blue with Abyss Black roof.
The sportier Venue N Line adds even more flair with reworked bumpers, ‘N Line’ badges, a different grille, red highlights, dual exhausts, a new spoiler, and unique alloy wheels. Unlike the standard model, it forgoes the black wheel-arch cladding for a cleaner, more athletic look.
Premium and Tech-Focused Interior
Inside, the new Venue has taken a big leap forward in terms of design and quality. The dashboard now features dual 12.3-inch displays (for infotainment and instrumentation), a redesigned centre console, and a new three-spoke steering wheel. The cabin layout is cleaner, with more tactile physical buttons and a blue-and-beige dual-tone finish complemented by white ambient lighting.
The Venue N Line, meanwhile, receives a sportier cabin treatment — all-black upholstery with red stitching, ‘N’ branding on the seats, and red ambient lighting, along with a bespoke steering wheel and gear lever.
Feature-Loaded Cabin
The new Venue now offers several segment-first and upgraded features:
- Level 2 ADAS suite
- Ventilated front seats
- Drive and traction modes
- Rear window sunshades
- Front parking sensors
- 2-step reclining rear seats
- 360-degree camera
- Electronic parking brake with auto-hold
- 8-speaker Bose sound system
These additions make the Venue one of the most feature-rich models in the subcompact SUV category.
Engine Options and Gearboxes
Mechanically, the new Venue retains the same engine options as before but adds a diesel-automatic configuration for the first time.
