Maruti Brezza Mild Hybrid: What’s Changed?
The key change in the Brezza is the reintroduction of the mild-hybrid technology in the ZXI and ZXI+ manual variants, along with its availability in certain automatic variants. This technology has increased the fuel efficiency from 17.38kpl to 19.89kpl. However, this figure is slightly lower than the previous 20.5kpl efficiency with the same engine and technology.
The Brezza automatic variants continue to offer an ARAI-rated fuel efficiency of 19.8kpl. Additionally, the Brezza is available in a CNG version, which does not feature the mild-hybrid system or an automatic option.
