Yamaha Unveils 2025 MT-03: India Launch Expected Next Year

Yamaha has introduced the 2025 iteration of the MT-03 in global markets, showcasing subtle yet noteworthy enhancements to its entry-level twin-cylinder sport-naked motorcycle.

What’s New in the 2025 MT-03?

While the core mechanicals of the MT-03 remain unchanged, the updates focus on aesthetics and features. The most prominent design tweak is the adoption of a slimmer, sharper tail section inspired by the fully-faired Yamaha R3. The highlight, however, is the striking new “Ice Storm” color scheme, featuring white body panels complemented by vibrant blue wheels.

On the feature front, the MT-03 now includes a negative LCD instrument cluster with Bluetooth connectivity, similar to the R3. This upgrade enables riders to receive call, message, email notifications, and turn-by-turn navigation alerts directly on the display. Additionally, it comes equipped with a slip-and-assist clutch, enhancing overall rideability.

India Launch and Pricing

Yamaha is expected to bring the updated MT-03 and R3 to India by 2025. Currently, the R3 is priced at ₹4.64 lakh, while the MT-03 is available at ₹4.59 lakh (ex-showroom). The updated versions are likely to carry a similar price point, offering riders a refreshed option in the sport-naked segment.
