Bajaj Auto has officially reduced the price of the Triumph Speed T4 to ₹1.99 lakh, making it a more attractive option for budget-conscious riders. This revision comes just six months after its launch, positioning the Speed T4 as a cost-effective alternative to the Speed 400.
More Affordable, India-Centric Street Bike
The Speed T4 is built on the same platform as the Speed 400 but is tuned for a more comfortable riding experience suited to Indian traffic conditions. While it produces slightly less power, it delivers peak output at a lower rev range for smoother performance.
To achieve this lower price point, the Speed T4 skips certain premium features like an electronic throttle, traction control, an immobilizer, and the signature golden upside-down fork. Initially launched at ₹2.17 lakh, the Speed T4 was later available with a ₹18,000 discount, effectively bringing the price down to ₹1.99 lakh. Now, this pricing has been made permanent, as reflected on the Triumph India website.
Key Highlights:
- New Price: ₹1.99 lakh (₹18,000 lower than the previous rate)
- Same Platform as Speed 400: Tuned for relaxed city riding
- Feature Adjustments: Lacks electronic throttle, traction control, and premium suspension
With this pricing strategy, Triumph aims to make the Speed T4 an even more compelling option for Indian riders looking for an affordable yet refined street bike.
