Suzuki Motorcycle India Pvt Ltd (SMIPL) has set new benchmarks with its sales performance in March 2025, achieving its highest-ever monthly and annual sales. The Japanese two-wheeler giant continues to strengthen its presence in the Indian market with impressive growth figures.
Month-on-Month (MoM) Sales Surge
Suzuki sold a total of 1,25,930 units (including domestic sales and exports) in March 2025, reflecting a 21% increase compared to 1,03,669 units in March 2024.

Domestic Sales: The company sold 1,05,936 two-wheelers in India, marking a 23% year-over-year growth from March 2024.

Exports: Suzuki exported 20,194 units, a 15.36% rise from the previous year’s 17,500 units.
Year-on-Year (YoY) Sales – Best-Ever Annual Performance
Suzuki closed the FY 2024-25 on a high note, achieving record-breaking annual sales with 12,56,161 units sold (including exports), an 11% growth over the previous fiscal year.

Domestic Market: Suzuki sold 10,45,662 two-wheelers in India, up 14% from 9,21,009 units in FY 2023-24.

Exports: The export numbers saw a minor dip of 1.12%, with 2,10,499 units shipped compared to 2,12,893 in the previous fiscal year.

Suzuki’s strong growth trajectory is fueled by recent product updates, including the introduction of OBD-2B compliant engines to meet the latest emission norms.
