Land Rover has introduced the Range Rover SV Masara Edition in India, priced at ₹4.99 crore (ex-showroom). Inspired by the deep-blue sapphires of the Himalayas, this ultra-exclusive model becomes the second India-themed Range Rover after the Ranthambore Edition.
Just 12 Units Globally
Only 12 units of the Masara Edition will be produced worldwide, making it a rare collector’s piece. The SUV is built on the long-wheelbase version of the Range Rover SV and comes with the SV Signature Suite as standard.
Distinctive Deep Satin Blue Finish
The Masara Edition wears an exclusive Deep Satin Blue exterior paint—formulated solely for this edition and not available on any other Range Rover model. This unique colour reflects the natural elegance of Himalayan sapphires. The look is further elevated with bronze detailing and chrome accents, including on the 23-inch alloy wheels.
Elegant and Exclusive Cabin
Step inside, and you’re greeted with a Liberty Blue and Perlino leather interior that continues the understated luxury theme. Embroidered seats and chrome accents enhance the opulence, while illuminated door sills proudly display the ‘Masara Edition’ and ‘1 of 12’ inscriptions.
The SV Signature Suite adds top-tier amenities such as:
-
A powered deployable table
-
A refrigerated compartment
-
Bespoke crystal glassware
As expected from the SV line, it’s equipped with premium features like adaptive air suspension, a panoramic sunroof, advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS), and heated, ventilated, and massaging seats.
High-Performance V8 Under the Hood
Under the bonnet, the Masara Edition packs a 4.4-litre twin-turbocharged V8 engine producing 615hp and 750Nm of torque. Mated to an 8-speed automatic transmission, the power is sent to all four wheels. The SUV also boasts off-road adaptive cruise control and a low-range transfer case, making it as capable off the beaten path as it is luxurious on the road.
