Ultraviolette F77 Mach 2 and F77 SuperStreet Launched Across Ten European Countries

Ultraviolette F77 Mach 2 and F77 SuperStreet Launched Across Ten European Countries

Ultraviolette Automotive has officially entered the European market, launching its electric motorcycles—the F77 Mach 2 and F77 SuperStreet—in ten countries. With this move, the Bengaluru-based EV maker becomes the first Indian electric two-wheeler brand to establish a retail footprint across such a wide swath of Europe. The two models will now be available in Germany, France, the UK, Ireland, Austria, Italy, Switzerland, Belgium, the Netherlands, and Luxembourg.

Shared Powertrain, Unique Identities

Both motorcycles are based on the same platform and are powered by a 10.3kWh battery, delivering a peak output of 30kW and a substantial 100Nm of torque. Despite their shared underpinnings, the F77 Mach 2 and the F77 SuperStreet offer distinct styling and ergonomics aimed at different rider preferences.

Ultraviolette is offering the same technical specifications to European customers as in India, including key features such as dual-channel ABS, traction control, and 10 levels of regenerative braking.

Limited-Time Introductory Pricing

European customers who pre-book by July 31 can avail of special launch pricing. The F77 Mach 2 is being offered at €8,990, while the F77 SuperStreet is priced at €9,290. Post this period, prices will increase to €9,990 and €10,390, respectively. In Indian currency, these promotional prices roughly translate to Rs 8.96 lakh for the Mach 2 and Rs 10.35 lakh for the SuperStreet.

India vs. Europe: Pricing and Expectations

In India, the F77 range is available starting from Rs 2.99 lakh for the 7.1kWh variant, going up to Rs 3.99 lakh for the top-spec 10.3kWh model. While the pricing in Europe is significantly higher, this accounts for local taxes, shipping, homologation, and the premium expectations in mature EV markets.

Ultraviolette’s foray into Europe marks a major milestone in its global expansion strategy. However, its success will depend on how well it meets the high standards of European consumers, particularly in areas such as product quality, service network, and long-term support.
