TVS has officially commenced deliveries of its flagship electric scooter, the TVS X, starting in December 2024, over a year after its initial launch. Priced at ₹2.50 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi), the TVS X stands out with its radical design, aluminium twin-spar frame, and feature-rich 10.25-inch TFT display.
When first introduced, the scooter faced some software and hardware issues, but TVS took the time to refine the product before rolling it out to customers. Deliveries have begun in Bengaluru, with the company planning to expand to four more cities in the next phase—two in North India and two in the South.
The mechanical specifications remain unchanged, featuring a 4.4kWh battery, a claimed IDC range of 140km, and a top speed of 105kph. However, TVS has enhanced the user experience by introducing a bike-specific Android Auto system, further improving connectivity and functionality.
