Design & Styling: What’s New?

The facelift brings in a fresher design language inspired by Tata’s newer models. Exterior enhancements include:

The Altroz facelift is available in five distinct colours: Dune Glow, Ember Glow, Pristine White, Pure Grey, and Royal Blue.

Interior & Features: Nexon-inspired Cabin

Inside, the Altroz facelift takes cues from Tata’s newer SUVs like the Nexon and Curvv. Highlights include:

Six airbags and electronic stability control (ESP) are now standard across all variants, further reinforcing the Altroz’s safety focus. While the updated Altroz hasn’t been crash-tested yet, the outgoing model had scored a 5-star Global NCAP rating.

Engines & Transmissions: No Mechanical Changes, But More Gearbox Options

Under the hood, the engine lineup remains unchanged, but Tata has broadened transmission choices:

The petrol-AMT variant is a new addition, aimed at enhancing affordability in automatic trims. However, the sporty Altroz Racer with its 120hp turbo-petrol engine hasn’t made it to this facelifted range—at least for now.

Final Thoughts

The 2025 Tata Altroz facelift brings meaningful upgrades in terms of design, features, and safety while retaining its versatile engine lineup. With competitive pricing and a broader range of options, it aims to strengthen Tata’s foothold in the premium hatchback segment.
