Royal Enfield’s highly anticipated model, the Shotgun 350 (also known as the Classic 350 Bobber), has once again been spotted, and this time, it appears to be production-ready. The bike was previously seen alongside the Classic 650 during testing. The spied images reveal a captivating bobber-style motorcycle with a plethora of intriguing features.

The Royal Enfield Shotgun 350 boasts tall ape-hanger handlebars that lend a commanding presence to the rider. It comes with a single seat as standard, while an optional pillion seat offers versatility for two-up riding. The bike’s aesthetics are further enhanced by a tastefully designed blacked-out slash-cut exhaust, complementing the overall blacked-out appearance of the engine and underpinnings.

The heart of this machine will be the all-new counterbalanced 349cc air-cooled engine, delivering a spirited performance with 20.2PS of power and 27Nm of torque. To match the distinct character of the motorcycle, the fuelling system is expected to be tuned differently.

In terms of its mechanical setup, the Shotgun 350 inherits several components from the Classic series, including the trusted telescopic fork, twin rear shock absorbers, and reliable disc brakes on both wheels. While the bike retains the classic spoke wheels, it embraces a touch of nostalgia with the addition of white-wall tyres, lending it a truly retro appearance. Moreover, the motorcycle is equipped with a redesigned LED tail light and modern LED indicators, striking a perfect balance between vintage charm and contemporary technology.

Enthusiasts can expect the Royal Enfield Shotgun 350 to make its grand debut in the market by mid-2024. It is likely to carry a price tag of approximately Rs 2.20 lakh (ex-showroom). Upon its launch, the Shotgun 350 will enter a competitive segment, directly taking on rivals like the Jawa Perak and the 42 Bobber, both priced at Rs 2.2 lakh (ex-showroom Delhi).

With its unique design elements, powerful engine, and blend of classic and modern features, the Shotgun 350 is set to capture the hearts of biking enthusiasts and cement Royal Enfield’s position as a prominent player in the ever-growing Indian motorcycle market.
