Royal Enfield has unveiled a pioneering addition to its esteemed lineup at the ongoing Bharat Mobility Global Expo in Delhi – the Flex Fuel variant of its iconic Classic 350 motorcycle.
Designed to embrace environmental consciousness without compromising on performance, the Classic 350 flex fuel model boasts compatibility with a wide range of fuel options, including a blend of petrol and ethanol of up to 85 percent. Mechanically akin to its traditional counterpart, this iteration retains the revered air-cooled, 349cc single-cylinder engine, delivering a robust 20.2hp at 6,100rpm and 27Nm of torque at 4,000rpm, seamlessly paired with a 5-speed gearbox.
With Royal Enfield’s strategic foresight, the flexibility of this innovation extends beyond the Classic 350, promising potential future iterations across the company’s esteemed models like the Meteor, Hunter, and Bullet, which share the same reliable powertrain.
Visually distinguished by a distinctive green and red livery, the Flex Fuel Classic 350 seamlessly integrates sustainability with style. Currently priced between Rs 1.93 lakh and 2.25 lakh (ex-showroom, Chennai), this forward-looking offering underscores Royal Enfield’s commitment to both heritage and innovation in the realm of two-wheeled mobility.
