Maruti Suzuki has introduced the Baleno Regal Edition, a special variant aimed at enticing buyers this festive season. The Regal Edition, available across all variants of the popular premium hatchback, comes packed with a suite of complementary accessories designed to enhance its appeal.
This special edition Baleno offers a comprehensive set of accessories, which include front and rear underbody spoilers, dual-tone seat covers, 3D floor and boot mats, chrome garnishes on the grille and rear, and chrome door handles. Other notable additions include side mouldings, mud flaps, a steering wheel cover, fog lamps for variants that don’t already have them, a vacuum cleaner, body cover, Nexa-branded cushions, door visors, sill guards, a rear parcel tray, window curtains, tyre inflator, and a logo projector lamp. The accessory package, valued between Rs 45,829 and Rs 60,199 depending on the variant, is currently being offered free of charge.
Under the hood, the Baleno continues to be powered by a 90hp, 113Nm, 1.2-litre four-cylinder naturally aspirated petrol engine. Buyers also have the option of a CNG kit with the Delta and Zeta variants. Transmission choices include a 5-speed manual and a 5-speed AMT.
Pricing for the Maruti Baleno starts at Rs 6.66 lakh and goes up to Rs 9.83 lakh (ex-showroom). In the competitive premium hatchback segment, it takes on the likes of the Hyundai i20 and Tata Altroz.
