Mahindra has introduced the XUV700 Ebony Edition in India, with prices ranging from ₹19.64 lakh to ₹24.14 lakh (ex-showroom). While positioned as an all-black SUV, Mahindra emphasizes that the Ebony Edition isn’t entirely black, incorporating contrasting elements based on consumer feedback.
Pricing & Variants
The Ebony Edition is available exclusively in the top-spec AX7 and AX7 L variants, costing ₹15,000 more than their standard counterparts. The powertrain options remain unchanged, featuring:
- 2.0L turbo-petrol (200hp)
- 2.2L diesel (185hp)
- 6-speed manual & automatic transmission choices
However, this edition is offered only in front-wheel-drive (FWD) with a 7-seat layout.
