Mahindra has introduced a new mocha-colored interior option for the Thar Roxx 4×4, responding to customer feedback on the previous off-white interiors, which were susceptible to dirt, especially during off-road adventures. This new color scheme is offered at no extra cost and joins the existing dual-tone ivory and black interiors available with the SUV.
Mahindra Thar Roxx: Booking and Delivery Information
The mocha interior option is exclusive to the 4×4 variants of the Thar Roxx and features the same leatherette finish found in the ivory-themed models. Customers can choose between the mocha and ivory interior options when booking.
While Mahindra dealers have already received a strong number of pre-bookings, official bookings for the Thar Roxx will open online on October 3 at 11 AM, with a booking fee of Rs 21,000. Deliveries of the Thar Roxx with ivory interiors will begin in October, while those opting for the mocha interior can expect deliveries to start in January 2025.
Mahindra Thar Roxx: Powertrain and 4×4 Technology
The Thar Roxx 4WD variants are powered by a 2.2-liter diesel engine, delivering different outputs depending on the transmission. The 6-speed manual produces 152hp and 330Nm of torque, while the 6-speed automatic generates 175hp and 370Nm. The petrol-powered Thar Roxx, available only with 2WD, is equipped with a 2.0-liter turbo-petrol engine, offering 162hp/330Nm with the manual and 177hp/380Nm with the automatic.
