Kia India Strengthens Customer Finance Journey & Enhance Purchase Experience with Kia Quick Finance

Kia India, one of the country’s leading mass-premium automakers, has launched Kia Quick Finance, an integrated digital financing solution that enables dealerships to facilitate a faster, simpler and more transparent vehicle financing journey for customers.

Integrated into Kia’s dealership sales ecosystem, Kia Quick Finance enables dealership to digitally initiate a customer’s finance application, compare available loan offers and submit the application to the customer’s selected financier for assessment and approval, enabling faster decision-making and reducing financing turnaround time.

Real-time application tracking further enables dealerships to keep customers informed on the progress of their loan application, helping improve transparency and reduce delays across the purchase journey.

Kia Quick Finance digitises key stages of the financing process, from capturing customer information and financing requirements to loan-offer comparison, application submission and status tracking. By connecting dealerships and participating financiers through an integrated digital process, the solution provides customers greater visibility and convenience while supporting a more seamless vehicle purchase experience.

Through Kia Quick Finance, Kia India aims to further strengthen its digital retail ecosystem and enhance the overall vehicle purchase experience. The initiative reflects the company’s continued focus on introducing technology-led solutions that offer customers greater convenience, transparency and control.
