Jeep Meridian Facelift Price, Features, and Variant Breakdown

Jeep has recently rolled out an update for its Meridian SUV, introducing a new entry-level 5-seater variant alongside several enhanced features in the higher trims. This update significantly lowers the Meridian’s starting price by over Rs 6 lakh, making it more affordable. The SUV now comes in four distinct trim levels: Longitude, Longitude Plus, Limited (O), and Overland. Here’s a detailed look at the features offered in each of these updated variants.

Jeep Meridian: Pricing and Variants

The addition of the 5-seater version makes the Meridian more accessible, but this configuration is exclusive to the base Longitude trim. The higher-spec variants continue to offer seating for seven passengers.

Under the hood, the Meridian retains its 2.0-litre diesel engine, generating 170hp and 350Nm of torque. A 6-speed manual transmission comes standard, with the option of a 9-speed torque converter automatic gearbox across all trims. However, the top-tier Overland trim only comes with an automatic gearbox, and the 4×4 drivetrain is also exclusive to this variant, while the others are front-wheel drive (4×2).

Here’s a breakdown of the key features across each trim:
