Overland ₹36.49 lakh

The facelifted Meridian is offered in four trims: Longitude, Longitude Plus, Limited (O), and Overland. The entry-level Longitude trim is exclusively available as a 5-seater, while the remaining trims are offered as 7-seaters. A detailed price breakdown for all variants is yet to be shared by Jeep.

The new 5-seater option creates some overlap with Jeep’s Compass SUV, which is currently priced between ₹18.99 lakh and ₹32.41 lakh.

Exterior and Interior Updates

On the exterior, the refreshed Meridian features a slightly redesigned grille with chrome-studded honeycomb mesh in the signature seven-slat design. The 18-inch alloy wheels take design cues from the Overland Edition of the outgoing model.

Inside, the cabin remains largely unchanged, but with a new suede finish on the dashboard accented by copper stitching. The seats now come in beige upholstery, and the chrome strip running along the dashboard has been replaced with a copper finish. The 10.25-inch digital instrument cluster and 10.1-inch touchscreen infotainment system remain, along with premium features like the 9-speaker Alpine audio system, wireless charging, and ventilated front seats.

The top-spec Overland trim also introduces a Level 2 Advanced Driver Assistance System (ADAS), including features like adaptive cruise control, forward collision warning with automatic braking, lane departure warning, and lane keep assist. Additionally, it offers expanded connected car features, including Alexa Home-to-Vehicle integration.

The new 5-seater variant boasts 670 liters of boot space, while the 7-seater models offer up to 824 liters with the second row folded. With all three rows in use, the boot capacity of the 7-seater trims stands at 170 liters.

Powertrain and Performance

Mechanically, the Meridian facelift remains the same, continuing with the 170hp, 350Nm 2.0-litre diesel engine. Buyers can choose between a 6-speed manual or a 9-speed automatic transmission, along with both 4×2 and 4×4 drivetrain options.
