Jeep India has introduced a new ownership initiative called Confidence 7 for buyers of the Jeep Compass and Jeep Meridian. Designed to reduce long-term ownership costs and improve peace of mind, the program bundles seven customer-focused benefits such as an assured buyback, extended warranty, long-term maintenance plans, and mobility support.
The Confidence 7 package is available at Rs 41,926 for the Compass and Rs 47,024 for the Meridian. Notably, premium models like the Wrangler and Grand Cherokee are excluded from this scheme.

1. Assured buyback for up to 60 percent value
Jeep’s assured buyback program is now offered nationwide through authorised dealerships. Under this plan, owners can receive up to 60 percent of the original ex-showroom price at the time of resale. The maximum eligibility period is three years from the date of purchase, with final buyback value determined by a mix of vehicle age and mileage.
2. Long-term annual maintenance contract (AMC)
Jeep is offering subsidised AMC plans with coverage of up to seven years under Confidence 7.

In comparison, Jeep’s standard AMC is limited to five years or 75,000km. The new plan also includes discounts of up to 33 percent on parts and labour, significantly lowering service costs over time.
3. Extended warranty up to 7 years
The program adds extended warranty protection for up to seven years, which can be transferred to the next owner in case of resale. This feature is expected to improve long-term reliability assurance and enhance resale value for well-maintained vehicles.
4. Courtesy Edge: loaner vehicle or cab support
If a Compass or Meridian spends more than two days at an authorised service centre for scheduled servicing or non-accidental repairs, Jeep will provide a replacement vehicle. In cases where a loaner car is unavailable, the company will arrange cab services for the owner instead.
5. Seven-year roadside assistance
All customers enrolled in Confidence 7 receive complimentary roadside assistance for seven years, covering common breakdown scenarios and emergencies, further strengthening long-term ownership support.
6. Priority privileges and express service
Confidence 7 members are eligible for Express Service, with turnaround times ranging between 90 and 180 minutes, depending on the nature of the work. Priority handling at service centres is also part of the package.
7. Jeep Lifestyle merchandise voucher
As a welcome benefit, customers receive a Jeep Lifestyle voucher worth Rs 2,000, redeemable at the official Jeep Gear Store for branded merchandise.
