Hyundai has strengthened its safety credentials in India as the Venue secures a full 5-star rating in the Bharat NCAP crash tests. The compact SUV not only delivers impressive protection for occupants but also outperforms several of its key rivals in crucial safety parameters.
Hyundai Venue Bharat NCAP Scores Explained
The Hyundai Venue scored an outstanding 31.15 out of 32 points in Adult Occupant Protection (AOP) and 44.46 out of 49 points in Child Occupant Protection (COP). These results place it among the safest compact SUVs currently on sale in India.
Bharat NCAP conducted crash tests on the HX2 diesel manual and HX10 diesel automatic variants. However, the 5-star safety rating is applicable across the entire Venue lineup, including the sportier N Line variants.

In the frontal offset deformable barrier test, the Venue provided good protection to most critical body regions such as the head, neck, pelvis, thighs, and feet for the driver.
