Citroen India has introduced a special edition of its popular Aircross SUV, named the “Xplorer.” This limited-run model enhances the mid-spec Plus and top-spec Max trims with additional features and accessories. The Xplorer edition is available with two accessory packages: the Standard Pack, priced at an additional Rs 24,000, and the Optional Pack, costing Rs 51,700 more than the base variant.
Features and Upgrades in the Citroen Aircross Xplorer
The Standard Pack includes aesthetic upgrades such as faux air vents on the bonnet, unique khaki-colored inserts, and rear door decals. Inside, it offers added conveniences like a dashcam, ambient footwell lighting, and illuminated door sills. Prices for the Aircross Xplorer with the Standard Pack range between Rs 10.23 lakh and Rs 14.79 lakh.
For those seeking more, the Optional Pack builds on the Standard Pack by adding a rear entertainment screen for the left-side passenger and a dual-port adapter. With these additional features, the Optional Pack raises the price to a range of Rs 10.51 lakh to Rs 15.06 lakh.
Powertrains and Seating Options
The Aircross Xplorer remains available in both 5-seat and 5+2 seat configurations. Engine options include an 82hp, 1.2-litre naturally aspirated petrol and a 110hp, 1.2-litre turbo-petrol engine, the latter of which is offered with a 6-speed automatic transmission.
