Bajaj Chetak 3503 Launched at Rs 1.10 Lakh: Most Affordable Variant Yet

Bajaj Chetak 3503 Launched

Bajaj Auto has expanded its Chetak 35 series lineup by introducing the new Chetak 3503 — the most affordable variant so far. Priced at Rs 1.10 lakh (ex-showroom), the 3503 retains the same battery and new chassis as the more premium models but comes with a pared-down feature set to keep costs in check.

Key Highlights of Bajaj Chetak 3503:

More Details: Despite its lower top speed and slightly slower charging time compared to the higher 35 series variants, the Chetak 3503 maintains several strengths, such as the large underseat storage and robust all-metal construction that the Chetak is known for. While it misses out on premium touches like sequential turn indicators and a front disc brake, it still offers essential tech like Bluetooth connectivity and two riding modes.

Positioning and Rivals: The Chetak 3503 slots below the 3502 (Rs 1.22 lakh) and 3501 (Rs 1.30 lakh) variants, offering a more budget-friendly option without compromising too much on practicality. Bajaj continues to offer the even more affordable Chetak 2903 variant as the entry-level model, priced at Rs 98,498, featuring a smaller 2.9kWh battery and a 123km claimed range.

At this price point, the Chetak 3503 competes with models like the Ather Rizta S, Ola S1 X+, and TVS iQube 3.4, giving buyers more options in the increasingly competitive electric scooter segment.
