Kawasaki Ninja 300 has been launched in India for 2026 with a price tag of Rs 3.17 lakh (ex-showroom). Kawasaki has kept things simple this year, focusing purely on cosmetic updates while retaining the motorcycle’s proven mechanical package.
Same Engine, Proven Performance
Powering the 2026 Ninja 300 is the familiar 296cc, liquid-cooled, parallel-twin engine, paired with a 6-speed gearbox. This motor continues to deliver 39hp at 11,000rpm and 26.1Nm of torque at 10,000rpm, offering strong top-end performance and a refined riding experience that the Ninja nameplate is known for.
Design and Features Remain Unchanged
Apart from the new colours, the motorcycle remains identical to last year’s model. Updates introduced earlier—such as the projector headlamp setup and larger windscreen—are carried forward.
In terms of equipment, the Ninja 300 sticks to a minimalist approach. It gets dual-channel ABS as standard but misses out on advanced rider aids that are now common in the segment. Notably, it continues to feature an analogue tachometer, making it one of the last sportbikes in India to do so.
New Colours for 2026
For the 2026 model year, Kawasaki is offering the Ninja 300 in two updated paint options:
-
Lime Green
-
Candy Lime Green/Ebony
Both shades reflect Kawasaki’s signature green theme but come with revised graphics, helping visually distinguish the new model from its predecessor.
