2026 Hyundai Ioniq 6 Facelift Unveiled with Sporty N Line Variant

2026 Hyundai Ioniq 6 Facelift Unveiled with Sporty N Line Variant

Hyundai has officially revealed the refreshed Ioniq 6 facelift at the Seoul Motor Show 2025. While the all-electric sedan remains mechanically unchanged, it sports a sleeker design, a revamped interior, and introduces the N Line trim—marking a first for the model.

What’s New in the Hyundai Ioniq 6 Facelift?

Updated Exterior: Sharper Styling & Aerodynamic Enhancements

Drawing inspiration from the Hyundai RN22e concept, the facelifted Ioniq 6 gets a redesigned front end featuring:
Slimmer headlights with a pixel motif akin to the Ioniq 9 SUV
Revised front bumper with a new splitter for improved aerodynamics
Raised bonnet for a more sculpted look

On the side, Hyundai has introduced new alloy wheels and tweaked rearview cameras, while the lower skirts now get a black finish. At the rear, a more discreet extended boot lip replaces the outgoing model’s ducktail spoiler, complemented by chrome accents on the bumper.

Ioniq 6 N Line: A Sportier Aesthetic

For the first time, the Ioniq 6 gains an N Line variant, which comes with:
More aggressive bumpers with N Line badging
Exclusive alloy wheels
Blacked-out body panels

Though the Ioniq 6 N Line retains the standard model’s powertrain, it serves as a preview of the upcoming Ioniq 6 N, set to launch later this year.

Interior Updates: Subtle Yet Functional Changes

Inside, Hyundai has made refinements rather than a complete overhaul. Key upgrades include:
New three-spoke steering wheel for a sportier feel
Rearranged center console controls for improved usability
Larger climate control display
Premium door trims with updated materials

The cabin retains its dual 12.3-inch screens for infotainment and instrumentation, along with features like ambient lighting, 8-way electronically adjustable front seats, and vehicle-to-load (V2L) functionality. The rearview camera outputs are displayed on additional screens integrated into the dashboard.

Powertrain & Battery Options

The facelift continues with the same battery and powertrain options as its predecessor:
77.4kWh battery pack

Charging speeds remain capped at 233kW, while range figures are yet to be confirmed. The outgoing 77.4kWh version offered up to 614km (WLTP cycle) on a single charge, and the facelifted model is expected to deliver a similar performance.

Expected Launch & India Prospects

Hyundai has yet to announce an official launch timeline for the Ioniq 6 facelift, though it is expected to arrive in international markets soon. As for India, Hyundai currently sells only the Ioniq 5, with no confirmation on the Ioniq 6’s arrival. However, the pre-facelift version was showcased at Auto Expo 2023, hinting at potential future availability.
