2025 Yezdi Roadster Launched in India: New Bobber Styling, Upgraded Engine, Prices from ₹2.10 Lakh

2025 Yezdi Roadster Launched in India

Yezdi has rolled out the refreshed 2025 Roadster in India, priced from ₹2.10 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi). The new model carries forward the brand’s signature retro-cruiser appeal but now comes with sharper styling cues, a more versatile seat setup, and mechanical updates for better performance and comfort.

Fresh Bobber-Inspired Design

The most striking change is in the Roadster’s silhouette, which now leans towards a bobber-like stance. A chopped rear fender and swingarm-mounted number plate replace the conventional tail setup, giving it a sleeker, stripped-back rear profile. The taillight and indicators have been redesigned to match the new look.

Yezdi has also introduced a new modular split seat, allowing riders to remove the pillion seat when they want a pure single-seat cruiser aesthetic. For added personalisation, the bike will be available with six factory custom kits featuring 20 accessories, including different handlebar styles, visors, crash protection, and touring-focused add-ons.

Engine and Performance

The 2025 Roadster now houses the updated Alpha2 334cc single-cylinder, liquid-cooled engine – the same unit found on the new Yezdi Adventure. It produces 29.1hp and 29.6Nm, but internal tweaks, revised exhaust routing, and optimised fuel mapping aim to deliver smoother and more responsive performance.

Another noteworthy upgrade is the revised final drive ratio, achieved by adding two extra teeth to the rear sprocket. This change is expected to enhance low-speed tractability, making city rides more effortless.

Variants and Pricing

Two trims are on offer – Standard and Premium – priced between ₹2.10 lakh and ₹2.26 lakh. The Standard gets four colour choices, while the Premium variant goes for an all-black theme with black rims, flat handlebars, and tail-light-integrated turn signals.

Added Ownership Benefits

Yezdi has also introduced the Jawa Yezdi BSA Ownership Assurance Programme alongside the new Roadster. The package includes a standard 4-year/50,000 km warranty, with options to extend coverage and add roadside assistance. Pricing for these add-ons will be revealed later.

With its updated styling, refined engine, and customisation potential, the 2025 Yezdi Roadster looks set to appeal to riders who want a blend of retro charm and modern versatility.
